Once your order is confirmed, our quality team carefully inspects the saree, checks the weave, hand-folds the fabric in acid-free tissue paper and seals it in our signature Jaihind Textiles gift box. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Andhra Pradesh).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
- Made-to-order and pre-order items may take 5–10 business days to dispatch.
- You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS as soon as we begin processing.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking link and AWB number by email and SMS. You can also track every order in real time from your Jaihind Textiles account.
- Log in to your Jaihind Textiles account and open the My Orders section.
- Click on the order you wish to track to view the live status timeline.
- For guest checkouts, use the link in your dispatch email or contact us with your order code (JHTL-XXXXXX).
International Shipping
We proudly ship our handwoven sarees to over 50 countries. All international orders are sent insured via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority and include a commercial invoice and HS-coded customs declaration.
- Customs duties, GST/VAT and import taxes are billed separately by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We are unable to mark international orders as "gift" or declare a lower value on customs forms.
- If duties are unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
- Tracking links are valid for 90 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping fees, if any, are calculated and displayed on the cart and checkout pages before you make the payment.
Address Changes
We understand that typos happen. You can edit your shipping address from your account up to 6 hours after placing the order, or by replying to your order confirmation email. Once the parcel has been packed or dispatched, we are unable to reroute it — but our logistics partners can usually attempt an address correction for a small fee collected at delivery.
Delays & Exceptions
While we do everything in our control to deliver on time, certain events are outside our reach. These include but are not limited to:
- Public holidays, regional bandhs and festive seasons (Diwali, Pongal, Onam, etc.)
- Severe weather, natural disasters or pandemic-related restrictions
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments
- Strikes or service disruptions from our courier partners
In the rare event of an unexpected delay, our care team will keep you informed by email and SMS until your order is safely delivered.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Every parcel is insured during transit. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please follow the steps below within 48 hours:
- Email care@jaihindtextiles.com with your order code and a short description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographs (and a short unboxing video, if possible) for damaged parcels.
- Our team will open an investigation with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days of confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid securely online at checkout using Razorpay (supporting UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets).
Can I ship to multiple addresses in a single order?
Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you need items delivered to multiple addresses, please place them as separate orders.
Will I be charged customs duty on international orders?
Customs duty and import taxes, where applicable, are charged by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in our shipping fee.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via India Post Speed Post for domestic orders. International PO box delivery is not available with DHL/FedEx.
Is gift wrapping available?
Every Jaihind Textiles order is delivered in our signature premium gift box with a hand-tied ribbon at no extra cost. You can also add a personalised gift message at checkout for ₹49.
